Please read carefully before trying to book your reservation online. If a reservation request is submitted that does not meet the following criteria it will be refused.

Take a look at our reservation availability charts below and make sure that you book the room you want as early as possible.

Weekend stays require a two (2) night minimum.

All rates are based on double occupancy.

There is a $10 charge per additional person (5 and older) per day.

Fall / Winter Rates Begin on the 2nd Sunday of September

Memorial Weekend is Booked at Summer Rates

Deposit Policy:  First night stay is charged when your reservation is accepted.

Smoking: Only 502 & 503 are Smoking Rooms.  All others are Non-Smoking.

Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 12:00 Noon

Sorry No Pets Allowed: Anyone found having a pet in the room will be charged a mandatory deep cleaning fee, be responsible for any damage, and if unable to relocate the pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Parking Policy: While we do not charge extra for parking, we only have space for (1) Car per room. All others need to be parked off-site.

ROOM MOVES: If you have a room move, please be aware that you need to check-out of your first room by noon if you are going to be away from the property, otherwise you may use the room until your new room is made available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:   If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours or less of check in time (4:00 pm PST) of your arrival day you will forfeit the 1st night’s deposit, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

AIR CONDITIONING: While it is not generally needed, please be aware that A/C is ONLY in rooms 101, 201, 301, 303, 304, 306, 307, 308, 501, 502, 503. 504, 508, 519. ALL other rooms have fans & ocean breezes, but no A/C.

If you do not receive an e-mail within 30 minutes of submission indicating that your request is being reviewed, please re-submit your request or contact our reservations office directly.

If the dates you request are not available on-line, please contact our reservation desk if you would like to be added to our automated wait list.

Notice: We have begun our slope reconstruction project. Rooms facing the slope project may experience dust and noise. Room 101 sits right over the construction area and will be the most affected. This is all unavoidable as we rebuild. Please call if you have any questions or concerns. During construction our beach pathway is closed, and beach access will be via St. Anns Street on the north side of the hotel.
